Can beginners join? ›
Absolutely. Our instructors teach with Classical precision and control, so every level can move safely and effectively. If you're new to Pilates, we recommend starting with Mat or Classical Foundations before joining apparatus work.
Do I need equipment to join? ›
Yes — you must have the same apparatus as the class requires. No Cadillac, no Cadillac class. This ensures safety and proper Classical progression. Please select only Breakthrough Live classes that match the equipment you have at home.
What if I don’t have equipment? ›
No problem — everyone has a mat. Our Mat Classes deliver the same Classical precision, strength, and flow without any apparatus. You’ll get real-time feedback and corrections directly from your instructor.
How should I set up my camera? ›
Place your camera at hip-to-chest height, about 8–12 feet away, and angled to capture your full body when standing and on the mat. Landscape works best for phones and tablets. Join a few minutes early to fine-tune your angle with your instructor.

Do you record Breakthrough Live classes? ›
Classes are not recorded to protect your privacy. If a recording is ever offered for a special event or workshop, you’ll be notified in advance and asked for consent before any recording begins.
What if my internet drops during class? ›
Because Breakthrough Live depends on each client’s personal connection, Breakthrough Pilates isn’t responsible for internet issues on the client’s end. If a brief interruption occurs, rejoin and continue if time allows. Extended or repeated outages may result in the class being considered complete.
How do I join my class? ›
After booking, you’ll receive your Zoom link by email. Join a few minutes early to test your setup — your instructor will help you get ready before class begins. You can test your setup anytime here: Test My Zoom Connection.
What’s your cancellation policy? ›
For Breakthrough Live classes, please cancel at least 12 hours before start time to keep your credit. Double-check your confirmation email for your time zone — all classes are listed in Pacific Time.
