Small Group Class FAQs

Who are Small Group Classes for?
Small Group Classes are perfect for clients who want the precision and personal feedback of a private lesson, with the motivation and accountability of a small group. Each class is limited to five clients so your instructor can truly watch your movement and give you individualized cues.
Can beginners join?
Yes — beginners are absolutely welcome. Our instructors teach with Classical precision, control, and attention to form so every level can work safely and effectively.

If you’re new to Pilates, we recommend starting with our Classical Foundations, Cadillac, or Mat classes to learn the fundamentals of the method.

We don’t recommend beginning with Advanced Reformer or Wunda Chair classes, as these are best suited for experienced clients who are already familiar with the Classical system.
What should I bring?
Grip socks are required for all classes. We recommend bringing water and a towel — everything else is provided. Please arrive a few minutes early to get settled, ask any questions, and prepare your apparatus so you can start on time.
What if I need to cancel?
We understand that life happens. Cancellations made at least 12 hours before your class can be rescheduled. Late cancellations or no-shows will result in forfeiting the class credit so we can honor our instructors’ time and the limited small-group spots.
