Class Guidelines
Level Up Your Practice
Start where you are. Progress as you go. Each level builds strength, control, and a deeper connection to the work.
Open Level: This is where you start.
If you’re new, this is where you begin. You’ll learn how to move with control, understand the apparatus,
and build a real foundation in the work.
What you’re doing
- Building your foundation
- Learning the system across Reformer, Cadillac, and Mat
- Developing control, alignment, and awareness
Most clients move to Level 2 after 15–20 classes.
Level 2: This is where it starts to click.
Strength builds, transitions smooth out, and the work starts to flow.
You’re no longer just learning exercises — you’re moving through the system.
What you’re doing
- Linking movements together
- Moving with consistency and control
- Working across apparatus with more confidence
Most clients reach Advanced with consistent training 2–3x per week.
Advanced: This is where you own the work.
This is the full expression of the work. Strength, precision, and flow come together.
The system is no longer something you follow — it’s something you understand.
What you’re doing
- Refining and deepening the work
- Moving with precision and efficiency
- Maintaining consistency across the full system
Advanced classes require instructor approval.
How progression works
Progression is guided by your instructor so the work stays safe, strong, and effective.
Open Level is a complete practice on its own. As you’re ready, you’ll be guided into Level 2 and Advanced.
- Level 2:
Complete 15 classes and check in with an instructor.
- Advanced:
Complete 25 Level 2 classes and receive approval.
- If you’ve been away for 60+ days, we may guide you back one level to rebuild momentum.
